Many of the products Smoking Asphalt installs are intended for off-road and/or competition use only. By either purchasing aftermarket products from us, having us install the products, or both, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product; and agrees that Smoking Asphalt holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.  Any high performance modifications from the factory or our facility will have no warranty implied with the exception of the labor on our behalf to install the parts.
